FAN PACKAGE & TICKET + DRINK + DOWNLOAD PACKAGE

As the official package vouchers are valuable and in demand, they will not be replaced if lost or stolen. For this reason we have taken extra security measures and have not dispatched the vouchers but instead sent out package collateral that needs to be presented on the event date to receive your official package vouchers.

The Package Collection Point will be in operation from 4.30pm through to 9pm on the event date.

In Melbourne the FAN PACKAGE and TICKET + DRINK + DOWNLOAD PACKAGE collection point will be situated at the Gate 5 Box Office on Wurundjeri Way.

Are there any restrictions on what I can take to the venue?

Please note that the following items are prohibited at all venues

  • Oversized bags or items
  • Glass or cans
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Flares or fireworks
  • Laser pointers
  • Knives or other dangerous weapons
  • Cameras and recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods
  • Metal flag poles, extendable flag poles or flag poles of more than 1.4 metres in length
  • Oversized banners and flags which are deemed to cause public nuisance
  • Confetti or shredded paper
  • Scooters, roller skates, skateboards and push bikes
  • Not to wear or otherwise display commercial, political or other offensive signage or logos

Venue Conditions

Please be aware that once inside the venues, you are required to follow the regulations as set out by the venue. You will be escorted from the venue if you are found to be in breach of their set out guidelines.

It is an offence for minors to consume or purchase alcohol. Persons supplying liquor to minors will be escorted from the premises and reported to the police.

Persons found to be intoxicated or conducting themselves in a disorderly manner will also be escorted from the premises.

Can under 18s attend?

The concert has no restrictions, all ages can attend. A valid ticket is required.

To make your evening as enjoyable as possible we suggest the following:

  • Allow plenty of time for event traffic and parking your car or public transport
  • DO NOT forget to bring your concert tickets, collateral and booking reference number or you may not be able to gain access

When will I receive my tickets and package inclusions?

Your COLDPLAY MYLO XYLOTO TOUR tickets should be with you any day now.

Package inclusions will be available for collection on the night of the concert. We will be emailing you no less than 14 days out from your show date with all the relevant information regarding collection point, collection times, start times and much more so keep a look out.

When collecting your package inclusions on the night, you MUST provide PHOTO ID upon collection. Acceptable ID is a valid Driver's License, Proof of Age Card or Passport. The individual whose name is on the account is the only individual who may pick-up on the night. If you would like to change the name on the account, please contact our Customer Service Team to make the change. Name changes will only be accepted up until midday the day prior to the show.

I need to change the name of my booking account. Is this possible?

If you would like to change the name on the booking account, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 474 697 and quote your booking reference number to make the change.

What should I do if my ticket/s has been lost/stolen/misplaced between now and the event?

If your allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen you must produce proof of their original purchase before we will issue a Lost Ticket Voucher. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the venue and/or ticket agent’s terms and conditions. Showbiz may charge an administration fee if a lost ticket voucher needs to be issued. Showbiz reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission). Lost Ticket Vouchers can only be collected from the Box Office on the night of the concert.

What if I am no longer able to attend the concert?

Showbiz offers a resale service, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 474 697 and quote your booking reference number.

GETTING TO THE VENUE

MELBOURNE - Etihad Stadium

Getting there on the day of the concert

Concert patrons can enter the Etihad Stadium via Car Park A (Medallion Club patrons) and Car Park B off the Bourke Street extension or via Car Park D and Car Park E off Wurundjeri Way.

Train service:

Southern Cross is the nearest train station to Etihad Stadium. It is approximately a four-minute walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge.

Tram service:

Trams run to Etihad Stadium from La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade.
Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer Street, Bourke Street and Collins Street and all are a short walk to Etihad Stadium.

Bus service:

The bus terminus is at Southern Cross Train Station and services airport transfers as well as routes across country Victoria. Etihad Stadium is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge from the bus terminus.

Taxi service:

The nearest taxi rank to Etihad Stadium is located outside Car Parks A and B, adjacent to the NAB building on the Bourke Street extension.

Please note taxis are not permitted to enter any of Etihad Stadium's Car Park entries as these are non-stopping areas.

Taxis with mobility impaired patrons can access Etihad Stadium’s Car Parks.

Pedestrian:

An elevated, 20-metre wide pedestrian footbridge connects Etihad Stadium to Southern Cross station and intersection of Spencer and Bourke streets.

Access can also be gained off La Trobe Street (Gate 7), Harbour Esplanade (Gates 8 and 9) and Bourke Street (Gates 1, 2 and 3).

Mobility Impaired Access onsite:

For the mobility impaired, Etihad Stadium offers various options for access. Fully equipped lifts are located at the steps on the external concourse at the Bourke Street entrance and on Harbour Esplanade.

There are also lifts operating from each level of the underground Car Park to each level of the stadium. The Car Park has 52 designated parking bays for mobility impaired persons. Additional public parking is available at Victoria Harbour.

Any patron who requires a disabled car space is advised to book one through the Ticketmaster network on 136 100 or www.ticketmaster.com.au.

Parking services onsite:

Event day parking at Etihad Stadium is available via the Bourke Street Extension (Car Parks A & B) or Wurundjeri Way (Car Parks D & E).

Train Services:

Catch a train to Central Station, then catch a bus or walk to Moore Park.
'Moore Park Link' - combined train/bus tickets are available to get you to and from Moore Park on a single ticket.
'Moore Park Link' is available from most CityRail stations with a ticket office.

Central Station (Eddy Ave)

From Stand A - take the 378 via Oxford St to Greens Rd for a short walk to Moore Park. Services run every 10mins, seven days

From Stand C - take the 339, 374, 376 or 391 via Anzac Parade to Moore Park. Services run every 5mins, seven days.

Central Station (Railway Square)

From Stand A - take the 372, 393 or 395 via Cleveland St to Moore Park. Services run every 5mins, seven days

Circular Quay Station

Take the 371-377 or 392-399 bus from Alfred St via Philips St, Elizabeth St and Anzac Parade to Moore Park. Services run every five mins (day time) and 10-20 minutes (early morning and evenings), seven days

Taxi Services:

There is a permanent taxi rank located in the Entertainment Quarter on Errol Flynn Boulevard (opposite the Horden Pavilion).

Note: the centre portion of Driver Avenue is closed for larger events; access is from Moore Park Road and the Eastern Distributor in the north and Lang Road via Anzac Parade in the south.

Parking in the Moore Park precinct is available at:

MP1 - Gold & Platinum Members and authorised vehicles only, parking fees apply on event days

EP2 and EP3 - Public parking on event days only, parking fees apply
Entry to MP1, EP2 and EP3 is from Driver Avenue.

Entertainment Quarter - Public parking, parking fees apply
Entry to the Entertainment Quarter parking is from Lang Road.

Sydney Boys High School - Public parking for selected events only, parking fees apply
Entry to the Sydney Boys High School is from Cleveland Street.

Sydney Girls High School - Public parking for selected events only, parking fees apply
Entry to the Sydney Girls High School is from Anzac Parade & Cleveland Street.

Parking at all sites is limited and Special Event Clearways may be in force in surrounding streets. You should arrive early and expect delays on exit.

Payment in MP1, EP2 and EP3 is by cash only. All car parks have areas reserved for patrons with a disability.

Charted Coaches:

If you are coming in a group, a coach is a great way to travel. Coach parking is available for 12 coaches in the southern end of Driver Avenue - access via Lang Road (Anzac Parade). Coaches should set down and pick up only in this location.

Arrangements can be made to separately accommodate groups of up to 60 coaches. Call the Trust for details. Buses up to 25 passengers can park in MP2 and MP3 car parks, subject to available space.

BRISBANE – Suncorp Stadium

Getting there on the day of the concert

Concert patrons are encouraged to plan their travel arrangements and allow plenty of time to get from home to the venue and settled in.

Bus Service for Brisbane CBD:

At the end of the concert patrons should make their way to their bus departure location. For a one hour period, high frequency bus services will operate.

Train Service for Brisbane CBD:

Milton and Roma Street are the main railway stations for patrons travelling to and from Suncorp Stadium.

Patrons in wheelchairs or with a walking disability should travel to/from Roma Street Station and then connect with a shuttle bus to/from the Stadium.

Parking Service onsite:

On event days, parking restrictions will apply in the local area surrounding the Stadium. Fifteen minute parking limits will apply in most of the restricted areas. On-the-spot fines will be issued to offending motorists.
