Qantas Frequent Flyer
For over 10 years, Showbiz, under the brand Qantas Box Office, has serviced the ticketing requirements for over 1.1 million Qantas Frequent Flyers via a dedicated phone based service and more recently via a Qantas branded box office website (www.qantasboxoffice.com.au). Showbiz offers double bonus points to Qantas customers through this program.

AMEX Entertainment Advantage & AMEX Platinum/Centurion
Showbiz, under the brand Entertainment Advantage, services the ticketing requirements for 850,000 AMEX Card holders via a dedicated phone based service and an American Express Entertainment Advantage branded website (http://entadv.americanexpress.com.au/). Showbiz offers double bonus points to AMEX customers through this program.

Lexus
Launched in 2007, Showbiz services the ticketing and packaging requirements of Lexus’s 42,000 customers through a dedicated call centre service for the Lexus Encore Privileges program.

NRMA Tourism Services
In partnership with NRMA Tourism Services, and under the NRMA brand, in January 2005 Showbiz launched NRMA Box Office, which services the ticketing requirements for 1.7million NRMA road service members via a dedicated phone based service, a branded website (www.showbiz.com.au/nrmaboxoffice), and full page advertising presence in the Open Road magazine.

BigPond
BigPond Tickets was launched in June 2008, offering BigPond Shopping customers access to great seats, Dinner & Show and Stay & see packages for shows and events throughout Australia online at http://bigpondtickets.showbiz.com.au.

Webjet
Webjet Shows & Events In April 2008, Showbiz and Webjet launched Webjet Show & Event Tickets, www.webjet.showbiz.com.au offering Webjet customers access to Great Shows & Seats for Australia’s top events, along with access to pre-sale offers, Encore Class & VIP experiences and special offers.

Commonwealth Bank
Showbiz services the ticketing requirements for 1.1 million Commonwealth Awards customers via a dedicated phone based service and a co-branded website – Showbiz box office (www.showbiz.com.au/cba) Showbiz offers bonus points to Commonwealth customers through this program and offers points redemption for Showbiz vouchers.

Fly Buys
Since 1997, Showbiz has been servicing the ticketing needs of Fly Buys 2.5 million customers through a dedicated phone based service. Showbiz offers points redemption for tickets through Fly Buys.

National Australia Bank
For over 5 years, Showbiz has been servicing the ticketing needs of National Banks 170,000 customers through a dedicated phone based service offering access to tickets and packages for events around Australia.

BRUMBIES ‘THAT’S ENTERTAINMENT’

Tourism and Transport Forum (TTF Australia)
Showbiz is a key member of TTF Australia. TTF is the major tourism and infrastructure lobby group, and is focused in the development of the tourism industry, tourism and related infrastructure.
Showbiz CEO currently holds a position as Special Advisor – Major Events to TTF Australia, and is an active participant in TTF initiatives and industry lobbying.

LPA
Live Performance Australia (LPA) is the peak employer body in the arts and entertainment industry, registered in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) since 1917. It is a not-for-profit, body corporate organisation.
The LPA’s Australia-wide membership includes employers in commercial and subsidised organisations, covering all aspects of the industry including employers involved in theatre, opera, ballet, dance, festivals, colleges, rock and roll, multi purpose and sporting venues, hirers, casinos, orchestras, comedy and variety, ticketing, events, promotion, production, cinema exhibition, crewing, sound and lighting, service supply, contracting and exhibition.
Showbiz CEO currently holds a position as Executive Councillor on the LPA Board.

VMA
The Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) Limited was incorporated in 1992 to provide management practitioners of public assembly facilities in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region with professional development and strategic planning for the venue management industry.
The Association now has over 620 members, representing over 300 organisations throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Showbiz is a major supporter and sponsor of the VMA. Showbiz executives have also held advisory positions on the Allied Member council, and negotiated the securing of the 2004 VMA Congress and Trade Show at Star City.

Tourism New South Wales
Tourism NSW is the State Government’s tourism expert. They market NSW and they consult on the development of our destinations. Tourism NSW’s mission is to promote and support the development of New South Wales destinations. Tourism NSW works successfully with a range of government and industry bodies to develop and promote tourism throughout the state. Actively engaging tourism industry partners and other partners to work together in the State’s marketing programs yields greater results than if these initiatives were implemented independently.

Events NSW
Events New South Wales works to position Sydney and New South Wales as a preferred destination by working with government and industry partners to develop existing events, attract new events and maximise the economic, strategic and community benefits of events.

Tourism Victoria
Tourism Victoria is the State Government authority responsible for developing and marketing Victoria as a premium tourist destination for Australian and international travelers. Tourism Victoria is a statutory authority within the Department of Innovation, Industry, and Regional Development.

The Victorian Major Events
The Victorian Major Events Company (VMEC) was formed in 1991, as part of a Victorian Government initiative to attract international cultural and sporting events that require global state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. As well as putting Melbourne and Victoria on the world stage, these events help to raise the international profile and have a positive financial impact on the state.
